Kathmandu- Bipul Chettri and the traveling band’s gig of their Australia tour has come to an end. Singer Chettri had made the announcement himself through his official Facebook stating, “ Our last gig of the 8 city tour of Australia ended tonight at the beautiful city of Hobart. Our immense thanks to 3D Events for organising this tour and to all the individual event companies who hosted us and gave us so much love. We round up this tour with a gig in Auckland, NZ on the 1st of April. We hope to end it on an even higher note, so do come if you are around there.

Bipul Chettri, an Indian singer-songwriter, plays Himalayan folk music with a contemporary twist while singing in Nepali. His debut album Sketches of Darjeeling was released in July 2014, followed by Maya in 2016 and six singles. Over the coming years, Basant, Gahiro Gahiro, Ashish, Teesta, Mughlan, and Neela Akash were all released. His most recent EP, “Samaya,” was made available in 2021.
