Kathmandu- Today is the birthday of the vocalist of The Edge Band, Jeewan Gurung. The Edge Band is a pop rock group from Nepal that was founded in 1998 by youngsters from Pokhara. In 2000, the debut album was made available. Except for the lead singer, Jeewan Gurung, other band members eventually disbanded. The second album, Vibes with Vajra, which was released in 2006, helped the band become well-known and secure a foothold in the Nepali music scene. There have so far been four albums made available.
Additionally, the ensemble performs live at festivals and concerts both domestically and abroad. Additionally, they perform for charitable causes, like as the Pokhara zoo’s establishing charity.
