Nepal’s one of the top and most popular Band Nepathya rocked the stage in Pokhara Stadium on Saturday. After three years, Nepathya performed live in their hometown Pokhara.
Two hours behind the drop in the concert more than 7,000 concert attendees erupted in an enthusiastic cheer.
“We were thrilled to perform our first show of our band’s 25th year here in Pokhara,” the folk rock singer Amrit Gurung said. After all, for Nepathya, Pokhara is not just a tour, its own home.”
Nepathya sung their popular songs, ‘ Bheda Ko Onn Jasto’, ‘Chekyo chekyo’, ‘Taal Ko Pani’, ‘Resham’, ‘Jogale Huncha Bheta’, ‘Sirfula’ and many more.
As the Nepal’s numero uno band performed, audience became very excited and started dancing to the tunes of the music. Although, the weather was not good in Pokhara since few days and also on the concert day, a huge crowd of people turned out for the event.
According to event organizers, the concert was not just a celebration of the band and the music, but it helped to raise funds to educate underprivileged students and build better infrastructure at Shree Manila Gaurishankar High School in Lwang Ghalel, Kaski, and Shree Bhumeshwor Secondary School in Salyan.
