‘Bipul Chettri’ is a singer and songwriter of Himalayan folk music with a contemporary touch. His debut album, Sketches of Darjeeling, was released in July 2014 and his subsequent album, ‘Maya’ in 2016. His one of the song from his 1st album titled “Asaar” was the mainstream among other songs. The song depicts about the Monsoon season in Nepali. The sweetest sound of the rainfall on tin rooftops, the delight inside his soul and monsoons in the place where he grew up had dependably been unique to him which inspired him to compose this excellent song.
