Tumbleweed Inc., a Kathmandu-based raprock/metal/funk band, was founded in 2012 with the help of musicians from various bands and was inspired by Sarad Shrestha (former guitarist for the Axe band), one of the talented musicians dedicated to making music to satisfy the demands of rap metal/funk enthusiasts. Tumbleweed Inc.’s music is rap-based funk/metal with Rage Against the Machine, Snot, Primus, Deftones, and other bands as influences. In Nepal’s mainstream and underground music scenes, the band had already established itself by the time its debut album, “Parichaya,” was released in 2014.
